Are bed linen and towels included for the stay?
Yes.

Is there parking?
There is parking for up to 4 cars at the front of the property and room for 2 or more at the rear of the property. For unloading groceries, the kitchen is situated at the rear of the property, please see the parking map at the bottom of the ‘Rooms’ page.

Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes there are two washing machines, one of which is a washer dryer. There are also clothes lines in the gardens.

Can we book for more than one week?
Yes of course. Our booking period is traditionally weekly but if you require 10 days, or an alternative period please contact us on info@chateaubelvedere.fr

Do you have dining for large groups?
Yes we have outdoor dining on the downstairs terrace or indoor dining in the dining room.

Do the bedrooms have air conditioning?
Yes.

Does the Chateau have heating?
Yes.

Can we drink the whisky in the whisky bar?
Sorry no that is the owners'!

Can we drink the wine in the crate in the kitchen?
Yes our gift to you.

Will someone be there upon our arrival?
Yes the concierge will welcome you and will also see you at check-out.

Will anyone else be staying at the Château?
No, the entire Château is just for your group during your booking

Is the entire Château available to us during our stay?
There are just a couple of rooms that are private that contain the owners' items. All of the other rooms (and bedrooms you have booked) are available to you. Please see the ‘Rooms’ section and the layout of the property at the bottom of that page.

Do you have wifi?
Yes we have relatively fast wifi that is via satellite which is faster enough to watch Netflix, check emails and accommodate kids' social media requirements!

Can I use the gym equipment and games room?
Yes of course it is there for you to enjoy.

Can we walk around the grounds and vineyards?
Yes absolutely but small children must be supervised at all times when outdoors.

Is there somebody we can call if we have a problem?
Yes, contact telephone numbers will be provided upon booking.

Can we play music?
Yes of course, we have a Sonos ‘Move' speaker that you can use for the duration of your stay. This can be used indoors or outdoors and can be connected via bluetooth and your smartphone or laptop.

Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes there is a large ‘Super U’ in the nearby village of Galgon that is only 5 minutes drive away, please see the ‘Location & Amenities’ page.
