We had an amazing week here and cannot wait to come back. The house is beautiful, the pool and gardens serene, and the surrounding towns delightful. We found that we spent more time at the house than expected because we loved it so much! We'd swim all day, maybe visit Saint Emillion, cook dinner at home and eat on the patio and then watch a movie as a family in the evenings.
We had four generations, ages 6-86 and no one was ever bored. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, tennis table, and Foosball. Helene and Caroline were also very helpful and responsive during our stay.
I cannot recommend enough!

We were a group of 11 people renting the place. Peaceful place. Great for stays for more and in quiet surroundings. Good pool for big and small. Depending on a car as amenities are a distance away, properly a small village nearby. All in all we can recommend the place for a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le magnifique château. Le château est très spacieux et bien agencé. Nous étions 14 et chacun d’entre nous avait son espace.  Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration des différentes pièces et chambres. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la salle de sport et de la terrace pour les apéritifs. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé jouer dans le jardin. La grande télé était un plus pour regarder les JO en famille. La grande cuisine est très bien équipée. Le château est bien situé près de supermarchés et de Saint Emilion et Pomerol que nous avons pu visiter.

Hélène et Caroline ont été très accueillantes et accommodantes. Nous recommandons vivement ce château pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

We had an amazing time at Chateau Belvedere, the rooms and space were excellent. We were a group of 3 families and there was plenty of room for us all to relax. The pool table and gym room were a great extra and the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and the swimming pool the most. We used the BBQ and ate outdoors on the terrace every evening apart from nights where we had dinner in Libourne and Saint Emillion. The location is peaceful and quiet and the photos etc on the website matched our experience, I’d highly recommend and I’m sure we will visit again.

We had one of the best holidays with our family and friends, for us the most important thing was that there was space for our group as we were 12 people including 6 kids and the rooms were excellent, plus there was plenty to do for the kids indoors and out (as we had a couple of days of rain). When the sun was out everyone was using the pool and terraces or we were on day trips to Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, fortunately we hired a car and a mini van which for getting to the shops and surrounding areas as there wasn’t much public transport. The concierge and hosts were very helpful and we’d definitely recommend this place.
